To qualify for the return of an order the product must be returned within 14 days with all delivered accessories, in the original, closed and undamaged packaging. To qualify for a refund of your purchase price, you must follow the return procedure below. If you do not follow this procedure, you will not receive your purchase amount.

Shipping costs

The shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. If you return the order in its entirety and unused condition, you will receive the shipping costs back from us. If you return an order partially, you will not receive the shipping costs. The return costs are for the account of the buyer and will not be reimbursed by us.

Purchase amount returned after dissolution

• You will receive the purchase price, when you have canceled the purchase, as soon as possible from us, but no later than 14 days.
